Phase Two is challenging as you get into the longer Les Mills PUMP workouts. You will see big changes in your muscle tone if you lift heavy enough weights. I alternated between 10 lbs on each side and 12.5 lbs on each side depending on the set. You can purchase additional Les Mills PUMP weights at www.sanityfitness.com, or you can buy them at Walmart. TurboFire has just added the Firestarter Kit for additional HIIT workouts that are low-impact, but still high intensity!
This is an important phase to watch your nutrition! If you feel you are hungrier than you were in Phase One, you need to increase your protein.
