I read an article recently about a man who decided to go Vegan Before 6pm. I loved the concept! I have several clients that either don't want to, or don't have the option to go completely Vegan. I include myself in that bunch! I still don't eat meat, however, I do stay Vegan 90% of the time.
A friend of mine recommended the program Whole30 Eating program and after reviewing it, I decided that for those who want to make healthy changes, but don't want to give up meat, it is a great option.
