I have been using Ocean Avenue Products for a month now and I would
like to share my testimonial on how good this stuff is. I am an avid
fitness/health enthusiast and I workout 4-5 times a week in addition to
eating a Primal diet (which is phenomenal as well but more on that later
perhaps). I have been on a strength training journey this year with
weightlifting being the focal point which I supplement with HIIT (High
intensity interval training) and sprints. During the first 5 months of
this year I was very good about getting to the gym but from the middle
of May up until last week I was unable to get to the gym at all due to
time constraints; however this is also when I started taking Ocean Avenue products. This week I have been able to get back into my workout
flow and went to retest my max weights
for four major lifts: back squat, bench press, overhead press, and
deadlifts.
Taking Time Off of Weight Training
Needless to say after taking a month off I was expecting the
worst and I was afraid that I was going to be in a scenario where I had
lost a lot of the strength I had worked so hard for over the previous
months. I was SHOCKED to find that was not the case, in fact it was the
opposite. I maintained my max squat and deadlift weights but I set
personal records on both the bench press and overhead press. My bench
went up to 220! I have NEVER been able to bench more than my body weight
(which has dropped from 200 to 185 just in case anyone is curious) and
my overhead press is up to 165. I know many of you might not lift or
train like this but trust me when I say that should never happen after
taking over a month off. These products are phenomenal and I highly
recommend them to anyone who is doing any type of training. If I listed
all of the beneficial results I have seen since taking these products
this post would be novel length. Anyway, I hope all of you find that
interesting because I thought it was absolutely amazing.
