Saturday is a Special Day

November has been awesome!  Normally I am really busy on Saturdays in November, but this year my calendar has been totally blank.  Which means that I have been able to get the stuff done in November that I normally reserve for January.  Stuff like painting and organizing and cleaning and painting.  Lots and lots of painting.  I still have two Saturdays left in November with NOTHING scheduled.  Just think of the possibilities and pictures that I can take, and post when I am done!

Because I am planning on working on a lot of projects today, I am treating myself and my husband to an afternoon showing of Harry Potter and Half of the Deathly Hallows.  Which is what they should have called the movie.  What is this two part crock?!  Milk it, Hollywood.  Oh well, that isn't going to stop me.  I'll show them and see it twice, I am sure.  My husband thought it was going to be a hot date, but I invited his brother to go with us.  I should say his single brother who is pretty cool and a fabulous uncle and available, but shy.  Not to be confused with his other single brother who is pretty cool and a fabulous uncle and available, but lives in Alaska.  Or the other single brother who is pretty cool and a fabulous uncle and dating someone.

This is where I hold up a sign that says, "Will sell brothers-in-law for a sister-in-law."

Geez, where am I going with all of this, anyway?

I love Saturdays.  And, I am excited to eat popcorn.

  1. We went and saw it yesterday afternoon also and finished our Christmas shopping afterward. I am not a die hard HP fan but I still enjoyed it.

Oh and here's a tip. Dan and I tried Tio's up at SodaRow for dinner. Don't bother - it was "eh."
