Ocean Avenue Shakes: Challenge Day One!
I'm not going to drive you all nuts with daily posts about my Ocean Avenue Shakes and Supplement Challenge. Probably every couple of weeks or so I will check in and report. Because I want to see what these products do for my Chronic Veinous Insufficiency, I am sticking to the regimen that Franco Cavaleri talked with me about in my interview with him.
Morning: WheySmart Vanilla Shake for breakfast with banana and frozen blueberries + 1 capsule of Invigorate and 2 capsules of Empower
Morning Snack: Fruit and nuts
Workout: Les Mills Combat or Les Mills Pump
Lunch: WheyBeyond Berry Shake + 1 capsule of Invigorate
Afternoon Snack: Vegetables and Hummus
Dinner: Salad with beans, veggies, quinoa, etc.; Vegetable soup and salad; vegetarian chili, etc.
I am doing this for a couple of weeks to get started, and then will evaluate! Stay tuned!
