The Week that Flew By and Now I Can't Remember It

The Week that Flew By and Now I Can't Remember It

A couple of weekends ago I went to Bridget Cook-Burch's Inspired Writer's Retreat.  I had been wanting to go for almost a year, and since she is one of my client's, I thought it would be great to support her.  Holy Guacamole.  What a totally amazing, incredible, healing, transformational experience.  Not only did I meet incredible aspiring authors, who are 100% committed to writing their story, but I also was able to have my own experience with healing, just by taking the time to get things out on paper that have been swimming in my head for 42 years.

Bridget is the creator of the WriteJUICY program, the Inspired Legacy Program, and the Inspired Writer's Retreats.  She is a New York Times Best-Selling Author, and is in the process of writing about a dozen books at the moment.  It isn't clear to me that she sleeps.  She would most likely say the same thing about me.  Anyway, I learned the structure of how to write a book, how to create a dry timeline and juicy timeline for a master timeline, how to use the 5 senses, and then learned all of the details of how to get published.  Talk about massive content!

And healing.

Wow.  I can't wait to go again in November!

P.S.  The picture was taken by Katie Jo Welch as part of her "I Am" series.  I am creating a soft place to land.
