Fruit in the morning

My friend, Stacy, told me about the Paleo Diet.  It's basically meat, poultry, fish, shellfish, eggs, vegetables, lettuce, fruits, seeds, and nuts.  

Or - everything but grains and dairy.  Bread and cheese lovers of the world stand up and protest.

So I decide to try it out for a few days to see if it would help with my edema, and what do ya know?!  Apparently staying away from wheat makes a difference!  I'm not even on that detox/cleanse thing that my doctor wants me to do, yet, and I already figured it all out!  Or something. :)

So really this is what I have discovered about me.  When I eat fruit in the morning and just fruit (other than Shakeology) and then move to the other food groups in the afternoon/evening, I just feel better.  When I go against the grain (ha) and cheat on myself, I suffer the consequences.  

And now that I have discovered this, the Paleo Diet is showing up in email, articles, and all sorts of places.  I must be manifesting it.  Or Google is just that good.
