Beet Greens - Nutrition

Woah - the things you find when you google stuff.  Like today I googled beet greens because my mother-in-law gave me some last night and I was curious.  I throw them in my smoothies (along with beets because that makes them pink and then my kids will drink them) at least a few times a week.  Check it out:

The good: This food is very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Protein, Folate, Pantothenic Acid, Phosphorus and Zinc, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol), Vitamin K, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Copper and Manganese.

The bad: This food is very high in Sodium.
